What is the folder?

A folder that helps to keep your child organized and facilitate daily correspondence between parents and teachers.

What is in the folder?

The folder contains homework for each night, behavior reports that must be signed every day, and notes or newsletters from the teacher or school.

Our class disciple system is based on the students’ monitoring and being responsible for their own behavior. The students are taught that rewards and consequences are not given, but earned by making good and bad choices. Students start the day on the ALL-STAR level and move their behavior pockets as explained in the consequence portion of this page. For a description of the expectations at each level please look at the RESPONSIBILITY SYSTEM.

NOTE: Behavior Recording Sticks with pictures describing actions are placed in the child's behavior pocket each time a rule is broken.
